Q: Who should take this course?
This course was specifically designed for new licensees. The Florida sales associate pre-license course covers the material needed to pass the state exam. Unfortunately, the state exam does not include essential topics that new agents must know to be successful. This course includes some of these essential topics.
Q: What topics are covered?
The topics covered will include but are not limited to 1) working with buyers (preapproval, showings, contract basics, etc.) Working with sellers (listing agreements, listing appointments) Working with rental properties both from the owner and tenant perspectives, and finally the basics of working with investors.
Q: What can I expect to learn?
You will learn how to approach each of these transactions with a solid understanding of what is expected of you and how you can add value.
Q: How long does course take to complete?
This will depend on you. The course covers five different lessons. Each lesson is a little about an hour long, but you may want to stop and take notes which will determine how long in total you will take. We recommend that you watch each lesson more than once to capture all the information provided in the lesson. We recommend you cover one lesson per day. Most students will complete in about 5 days.
Q: How much does the course cost?
The cost of this course is $119 for all five modules. This is a subscription service which means you will have access to the modules for 6 months. You must watch all five modules within this 6-month period.
Q: What if I do not finish the course during the subscription period?
You will be able to subscribe for additional months
Q: If I do not like it, can I cancel and get my money back?
You will be able to cancel your subscription within a 24-hour period to receive a 100% refund. But please keep in mind that we do track login/logout activity and which lessons are viewed. If we see that you watched more than 50% of any one module there will be no refunds.
Q: Who is the instructor?
The instructor is Jose Gabriel Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez is recognized as one of the top real estate instructors in Florida. He has been an instructor for over 20 years and has prepared thousands of students for their state exam. He has taught at several different Realtor associations and has been a faculty member of the Florida Association of Realtors. Additionally, Mr. Rodriguez is a licensed broker, has managed multiple real estate brokerages with over a hundred agents and has handled hundreds of transactions himself. He a licensed Community Association Manager and has the following NAR designations: CRS, e-Pro, GRI.
